Sometimes You Just Have To Slap Someone To Make Your Point, Mike Tyson Arrested At LAX Airport

Mike Tyson has been arrested following an incident with paparazzi at LAX. LA police Sergeant Kevin Lowe said Tyson had been detained, but did not know if he was still at the airport.

Spokesperson for Tyson, Tammy Brook, says the boxer was making his way to LAX with his wife and 10-month old child when he was allegedly attacked by paparazzi. He was acting in self-defense to protect his child, Brook said. He is believed to have been arrested over an assault. Tyson has been released on his own recognizance.
